Therapy Investment
INVEST IN YOURSELF, YOUR RELATIONSHIPS & YOUR FUTURE.
You are worth it.
Therapy is an investment of your time, energy, and money. My fee is $315 per 90-minute session for individuals. Sessions can occur weekly or every two weeks, depending on your needs and goals. I also offer intensive therapy. Click here to learn more.
Cancelation policy: You will be charged the full fee for canceled or rescheduled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice. In the event of an unavoidable conflict or emergency, we may be able to make another arrangement to avoid the cancelation fee.
I reserve your appointment time just for you. By limiting the number of clients I work with at any given time, I can serve you best.
As a therapist, it’s important to me that I live what I teach my clients. I take your investment seriously and do a lot of behind-the-scenes work outside of our sessions so I can serve you better, including reading, learning, attending advanced trainings, gathering resources, and preparing for our time together.
When you begin therapy with me, I’m fully committed to supporting your journey, and I ask that you invest in it just as wholeheartedly.
Reach out and let's create the life you desire.

Faster results. Fewer dollars.
Intensives are investments in your overall wellbeing, and, believe it or not, often come out less expensive than traditional therapy. In a single 3-hour intensive, you can accomplish what will likely take months of weekly treatment. At $315 a session, this adds up quickly.
An important note.
I do not accept health insurance.
I chose to work with individuals (you), not for insurance companies. I believe that the best care includes each treatment plan designed to meet the needs of the individual - not meet the strict guidelines of the insurance company.
Because of this, I am not paneled with any insurance carriers. However, if your insurance covers ‘out-of-network providers’ (typically PPO insurance plans), they may reimburse you for part of my fee. You may contact them to determine what the reimbursement rates on your plan are.
I have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.
