FOCUSED 90-MINUTE THERAPY & THERAPY INTENSIVES FOR HIGH-ACHIEVING WOMEN
YOU’VE BUILT SUCCESS but
YOU CAN’T TURN IT OFF
From the outside, it looks like you have it all together. Privately, you're exhausted from holding everything together.
You understand your patterns, but you still don't know how to stop living them.
Some conversations deserve the time to go deeper than weekly therapy often allows.
You did everything you were supposed to do. But why doesn’t your life feel the way you thought it would?
From the outside, it looks like you have everything you worked for.
You've built the career.
Earned the degree.
Taken care of everyone else before yourself.
Become the person people depend on.
Even when you were exhausted.
But privately, something feels different. You can't remember the last time you truly rested.
Your brain doesn't stop, even when your day does. Maybe you've read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Been to therapy. Tried to implement the tools.
But understanding them hasn't changed them. The patterns that helped you become successful may also be the patterns keeping you exhausted.
And every year, the gap between how successful you look and how fulfilled you feel gets a little wider. Sound familiar?
You don't need more insight. You need the time and space to understand why these patterns exist and what it looks like to build a life that's aligned with who you actually are
—not just who you've learned to be.
If you've been asking yourself questions like these...
-
From the outside, your life looks exactly like you hoped it would.
You built the career. Earned the degree. Became the person everyone depends on. Maybe you even have the house, the family, or the financial stability you worked so hard for.
But privately, something feels different.
Instead of feeling fulfilled, you feel exhausted. Instead of feeling successful, you keep wondering, "Is this really it?"
You're not broken and you don't need another productivity system. Sometimes the very patterns that helped you build your life are the same patterns keeping you from actually enjoying it.
-
Your workday ends, but your mind doesn't.
You're replaying conversations, planning tomorrow before today is over, and carrying responsibilities long after everyone else has gone to bed.
People tell you to "just relax," but if it were that simple, you already would have.
Together, we'll explore why your mind stays in constant performance mode and what it looks like to create space for something different.
-
You finally get a day off...and somehow you still can't settle down.
Maybe you start another project. Clean the house. Answer emails. Feel guilty for sitting still.
When slowing down feels uncomfortable instead of restorative, it usually isn't about motivation or discipline.
It often means your nervous system has learned that staying busy feels safer than being still.
-
This is one of the hardest questions successful women ask themselves and one they rarely say out loud.
On paper, your life makes sense. You've worked hard for everything you've built.
But somewhere along the way, achievement became something you had to keep earning instead of something you could enjoy.
Our work isn't about helping you achieve more. It's about helping you understand why success no longer feels like enough and how to build a life that feels like your own.
-
For so long, achievement has been more than something you've done, it's become part of how you know yourself.
So when work slows down, the kids become more independent, or life gets quiet, you aren't always sure who you are underneath all the roles you've carried.
Identity isn't something you lose overnight. It's something you slowly stop having time to notice.
This work helps you reconnect with the parts of yourself that existed long before your accomplishments did.
-
You've read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Been to therapy. Learned about boundaries, attachment styles, ADHD, perfectionism, or trauma.
You understand yourself better than ever...but your life still feels the same.
Insight is important but insight alone doesn't always create change.
Sometimes you don't need more information. You need enough time and space to work with the patterns that keep showing up, even after you understand them.
Meet your therapist
Hi, I’m Mariah.
I help successful women stop surviving the life they worked so hard to build.
The women I work with rarely come to therapy because they're falling apart. They come because they've spent years holding everything together. They're the dependable one. The responsible one. The one everyone turns to. From the outside, they're successful. But privately, they're exhausted from carrying a life that no longer feels like their own.
Over the years, I've noticed something interesting. The women who walk into my office aren't lacking insight. They're intelligent. Self-aware. Highly capable. They've read the books Listened to the podcasts. Been to therapy. Learned the tools. They're not failing because they don't understand themselves. They're exhausted because understanding the pattern hasn't changed the pattern.
My work combines trauma-informed therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory and nervous system regulation. But what matters most isn't the modality. It's to help you understand why the patterns that once protected you are now keeping you stuck.
Most therapy ends just as something important begins to emerge. That's why most clients begin with a focused 90-minute therapy session. It gives us enough time to move beyond updates, understand what's underneath the pattern, and end the session with intention instead of rushing to the next appointment.
If it becomes clear you would benefit from deeper work, we can discuss a three-hour intensive or a customized multi-day intensive. Most of my clients continue working with me after that first session. There is never pressure to continue. We'll decide together what makes the most sense for you.
If you've been reading this website thinking,
How does she know exactly what I've been experiencing?
There's a good chance you're exactly who I built this practice for.
I'd love to meet you.
WHAT WE CAN WORK ON TOGETHER
Burnout Recovery
For successful women who are exhausted from holding everything together.
Anxiety & Perfectionism
When your mind never slows down and nothing you do ever feels like enough.
Identity Work
Understand the patterns beneath your success and rediscover who you are beyond achievement.
Here is where
WE START:
01
Book your 90-minute Therapy session
Everything starts with one focused 90-minute session designed to help you understand what's keeping you stuck—not just manage the symptoms you've been carrying.
02
Create a plan together
Some women leave with exactly what they needed from one session. Others choose to continue with focused 90-minute therapy or a deeper three-hour or multi-day intensive. We'll decide together based on your goals, never because of pressure.
03
Begin meaningful change
This isn't about committing to years of therapy. It's about creating enough space to understand what's underneath the patterns that have been running your life and deciding what comes next from there.
Therapy with
me is…
-
You already know your story. Our work isn't about collecting more insight, it's about understanding why those patterns still run your life.
-
You've become dependable, productive, and accomplished. Now you're ready to build a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on paper.
-
Perfectionism. Anxiety. Over-functioning. Burnout. ADHD. We aren't chasing symptoms; we're understanding what keeps recreating them.
-
Most meaningful work begins after the first forty-five minutes. That's why every client starts with a focused 90-minute session.
This practice may not be the best fit if...
-
We'll absolutely work with anxiety, but lasting change comes from understanding what's creating it, not simply making it quieter.
-
You're already incredibly capable. My job isn't to tell you who to become, it's to help you reconnect with the person underneath years of performance.
-
Most of my clients tell me they've spent years talking about the problem. We create enough space to work with what's underneath it.
-
This practice is designed for women who are ready for deeper pattern work. If you're in crisis, a higher level of support is the safest place to begin.
WHY UNDERSTANDING HASN’T CREATED CHANGE YET
It's not about working faster. It's about working at the pace real change requires.
Right when something important starts to emerge, time runs out. Just as you start slowing down, recognizing a pattern, or noticing something underneath the anxiety, time runs out. The conversation pauses until next week, and life takes back over.
Real change needs enough time to stay with what’s underneath
Most of my clients don't need more insight. They've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and spent years trying to understand themselves. They need enough time to understand the patterns that insight alone hasn't changed.
that’s why every client starts with a 90-minute therapy session
Ninety minutes gives us enough time to move beyond life updates, understand what's been running your life and leave with clarity instead of stopping just as the meaningful work begins.
if deeper work makes sense, we’ll decide together
Some women find that focused 90-minute sessions are exactly what they need. Others discover they'd benefit from a three-hour or multi-day therapy intensive. We decide together based on your goals, not because there's one "right" way to do therapy.
IF this sounds familiar, let’s talk.
LET’S FIGURE THIS OUT TOGETHER.
Our first conversation isn't about convincing you to commit to therapy. It's about understanding where you are, what's keeping you stuck, and whether we're the right fit for each other. If it's a good fit, we'll decide the next step together. If it's not, I'll tell you that too.
