Therapy intensives for High-performing athletes & entrepreneurs in north carolina

YOU’VE BUILT SUCCESS but
YOU CAN’T TURN IT OFF

You're disciplined. High-performing. And exhausted.
Your brain won't shut off, rest doesn't help, and pressure hits your body like a threat.
This is what weekly therapy can't do.

You're performing at the highest level. Internally, something's starting to crack.

People think you’ve got it together. So why do you feel like this? You're leading teams. Closing deals. Competing at elite levels. Making critical decisions that affect dozens of people.

On the outside, you're succeeding. But privately? Panic attacks before presentations. Sleepless nights replaying conversations. A flatness that wasn't there before. Or maybe just... nothing. Like you're running on autopilot.

This isn't just stress. Your body is telling you it can't keep up with the performance anymore. You've already tried the fixes. Better sleep. Performance coaching. Exercise routines. Weekly therapy.

And the gap between how you perform and how you feel keeps growing. Sound familiar?

You don't need more insight. You need dedicated time to work with what's underneath, not just understand it.

Meet your therapist

MY NAME’S MARIAH.

I work with people who are tired of understanding their patterns and ready to change them.

I'm a therapist in Raleigh, North Carolina. I specialize in therapy intensives for high-performing athletes and entrepreneurs who are tired of understanding their patterns and ready to change them.

You're successful. Disciplined. And falling apart privately. Your nervous system won't downshift. You've tried weekly therapy, coaching, sports psych, and you're still stuck.

My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and nervous system regulation. Not because the modalities matter to you, but because the patterns keeping you stuck aren't just in your mind. They're in your body.

You don't need more insight. You need concentrated time to work with what's underneath. That's what therapy intensives are for.

If you've been in therapy or coaching for years and you're still choking under pressure or can't turn your brain off, you're exactly who this work is for.

Let's talk.

WORKS:

01

See if this is right for you

We'll talk about where you are, what you've tried, and whether an intensive is right for you. Not everyone is ready for this work, and that's okay. This is a real conversation, not a sales call.

02

build your intensive

Intensives range from one day to three days, depending on what you're working with. We'll build the format that fits your schedule and the depth you need.

03

Do the work

Concentrated sessions that give you time to stay with what comes up long enough to move through it, instead of stopping right when it starts to matter. Deep work, not surface management.

WHY THERAPY INTENSIVES WORK WHEN
WEEKLY SESSIONS DON’T

It's not about working faster. It's about working at the pace real change requires.

Professional taking reflective break, representing concentrated therapy intensive approach

Weekly therapy keeps you stable. It helps you understand your patterns. But understanding isn't the same as changing. Here's why intensives work differently:

NO STARTING AND STOPPING

Just as you're accessing something real, the session ends. You go back to your week. Old patterns reset. Intensives give you sustained time to stay with what comes up—long enough to actually move through it.

No catching up.

You're not spending ten minutes recapping your week. You're diving in and staying in. No momentum loss.

Your nervous system can relax.

Change doesn't happen when you're in "manage the week" mode. It happens when your body has enough time to trust the process and let go of control.

This is what clients who've been in weekly therapy for years discover: they didn't need more insight. They needed their nervous system to actually update.
